about Me
Lived experience built the foundation. Education sharpened the edge.
I didn’t come to this work through theory alone. I came to it through lived experience, leadership responsibility, and years inside systems where accountability wasn’t optional and failure carried real consequences.
I spent more than two decades in law enforcement and served as a U.S. Navy veteran, working in high-stress, high-risk environments that demanded decision-making under pressure and ownership when things went wrong. That experience shapes everything I do.
My education and professional development don’t replace experience. They sharpen it. This work lives at the intersection of lived experience and education, because one without the other fails the people we’re trying to serve.
